Our guarantee

We stand behind everything we produce. If your order does not meet your expectations, you have 30 days from receipt to request an exchange or credit toward another purchase.

Pricing

We work to offer competitive pricing on all orders. If you find a lower advertised price from a competitor, contact our order desk and we will do our best to match or beat it. Prices are subject to change due to market conditions, material costs, or product availability. All orders are accepted at the price in effect at time of shipment. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors.

Placing an order

You can start a project or request a quote through the site using our project flow, or contact us directly by phone at 805-389-7888. Order desk representatives are available Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PT.

Payment methods

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We accept the following forms of payment:

• +Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and Discover
• +Cashier's check or money order (prepaid orders)
• +Open account (for qualified customers, contact us to apply)

The company name Nordex Advanced Technology, Inc. will appear on your credit card statement. A $25 service charge applies to returned checks. Net 20 days from invoice date for open account customers; past-due balances accrue interest at 1.5% per month (18% annually).

Sales tax

Sales tax is charged on orders shipped within California in accordance with State Board of Equalization requirements. Tax rates apply by county. A signed Resale Certificate is required to claim tax-exempt status.

Shipping

We ship via UPS using published rates. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Returns and exchanges

Damaged or defective items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund. No additional shipping fees apply. Please notify us promptly upon receipt.

Incorrect orders: If you ordered the wrong product, we accept returns within 72 hours of receipt at a 15% restocking fee. Quantity or item discrepancies must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. Merchandise must be returned in 100% resalable condition.

To initiate a return, call 805-389-7888 with your invoice number, reason for return, and preferred resolution (replacement or exchange). We will issue a return authorization number. Packages without an RA number cannot be processed.

Ship authorized returns to:

UPS and FedEx are preferred for return shipments. Nordex is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
